Alex Rosen Associates Ltd is managed and run by Alex Rosen BSc CEng MIStructE, a fully qualified Chartered Structural Engineer and Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers, with over 20 years’ experience in the building industry. 

Alex graduated from Imperial College, London in 1982 and began his professional career with George Wimpey plc, later working as Senior Engineer for a major London consultant.  He attained Chartered status in 1988.  Since 1991, Alex has been based in Lincoln and, prior to establishing Alex Rosen Associates, was a Director in a local firm of  Consulting Engineers, where he worked as Survey Manager, Planning Supervisor and Party Wall Surveyor.

Alex Rosen Associates  was established in 2002 and has developed a reputation for producing high quality Structural Engineers Reports and Building Surveys on a broad range of domestic and commercial properties, including historical and listed buildings, traditional and non-standard construction.  We work throughout Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, South and East Yorkshire.

Alex Rosen is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers.
