Specific Defect Reports

If the inspection is confined to one area of concern, a letter report is available. Issues which could individually be considered in a Specific Defect Report include:

	Cracking or other structural problems concentrated in one part of the property.
	Lintel defects.
	Sagging roofs.
	Defects to garages or boundary walls.
	Movement to ground bearing floor slabs.
	Partial removal of a chimney breast etc.
