Why Do I Need a Survey?

Purchasing a property is the biggest financial commitment most people make in their lifetime.  With such a major investment, the best way to arrive at an informed decision is to commission an independent report on the building, by a Chartered Structural Engineer or Chartered Building Surveyor.
